International President & CEO

During the Grand Boulé, Stacie N.C. Grant, was elected as International President and will lead the organization.

Soror Stacie N.C. Grant, a life member, was installed as the 26th International President of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. on July 24, 2022. She has served uninterrupted as an active financial member on every level of the sisterhood, including International Third Anti-Basileus, International Graduate Member to the Executive Committee, Member of the Board of Managers to the National Educational Foundation,  Atlantic Regional Representative to the International Nominating Committee and a two-term president of Phi Zeta Zeta Chapter of Queens, N.Y.


Soror Grant is a Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient, award-winning international speaker, best-selling author, master facilitator and trainer, and celebrity guest host.
In 2016, she founded C&G Enterprises Unlimited, LLC, which provides professional services to businesses and organizations to maximize their strengths and achieve their goals in the areas of meeting facilitation, professional development training and professional decontamination services. Her company was tapped selected to be the facilitator for the JFK Airport Redevelopment Advisory Council, a 13 billion-dollar redevelopment project.


Soror Grant is the CEO of Destiny Designers University®, the only training & development platform for Faithpreneurs® (faith-based entrepreneurs and faith-based professionals) who grow their wealth-generating practices around an affinity to God and FAITH and how to leverage Relationships, Resources and Revenue to create sustainable legacies by being cash flow positive and unapologetically profitable.

Keisha D. Smith 
Director, Great Lakes Region

Great Lakes Regional Director Keisha D. Smith! Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated International President Stacie N.C. Grant announced her appointment during a virtual town hall meeting. Smith, of Beta Alpha Xi Zeta Chapter in Louisville, Kentucky, is a past International Third Vice-President and a former Kentucky State Director. She most recently was GLR Protocol Director. Her mother, Ira J. Ebbs, is the 19th Great Lakes Regional Director, serving from 2002-2006.
Soror Keisha Smith was inducted into the Sisterhood in March of 1996 through the Iota Mu Chapter at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Oklahoma, as well as a master’s degree in human resource development and human resource management from Webster University.

Karyn Quick
Director, State of Illinois

Soror Karyn Quick is the first elected State Director for Illinois. She has served in elected and appointed positions in the Sorority including Past Regional Secretary, Chapter President and Chair of Sisterhood Connections. She has served in two regions, the Mighty Southern Region and currently in the Greater Great Lakes Region.

Karyn joined Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated 28 years ago on the campus of her distinguished alma mater Jackson State University in Jackson, Ms. She is currently a member of Sigma Phi Zeta Chapter in Waukegan, IL.

Karyn also serves on the board for Chocolate Chips, a S.T.E.A.M program for young minority girls, as their IT Director.

Professionally, Soror Quick has worked in IT for 20+ years. She is currently employed by AbbVie Pharmaceuticals where her current role is Director of IT Quality and Compliance. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Jackson State University, as well as a Master’s degree in Business from Keller Graduate School of Management.
